All content and materials within the Services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Our content is general in nature, is not a substitute for direct, personal, professional medical care and diagnosis, and is not intended for any specific individual.
We strongly recommend that you speak with a doctor or qualified healthcare professional and obtain a full health check before performing any exercise or following any nutrition strategy mentioned in the Services. You choose to use the Services and apply any information within them entirely at your own risk, and J3 University cannot be held liable for how you choose to use that information. Some parts of the Services require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. Access granted to you is personal and non-transferable; you may not share, resell, or otherwise provide your account access or purchased content to any other person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Certain products and Services are offered as a one-time purchase or as a recurring subscription. The price, billing frequency, and any trial terms that apply to your purchase are shown at checkout before you confirm your order, and your purchase is subject to the terms presented there.
Where you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize us and our third-party payment processor to charge the applicable fee on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually) using your chosen payment method, automatically and without further action from you, until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us, and your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Our products are digital and provide immediate access upon purchase. Applicable taxes may be added where required. We may change our prices and the products or Services we offer at any time; price changes do not affect orders already placed.
30-day money-back guarantee. Our products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email us at support@j3university.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund your payment, no questions asked. Where a specific product states different guarantee or refund terms on its product page or at checkout, those terms govern your purchase.
Because our products are digital and grant immediate access, fees for a billing period that has already renewed are generally non-refundable once charged, except within the 30-day guarantee window described above or where required by law. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund a charge that has already been made.
Failed payments (subscriptions and payment plans). If a scheduled payment fails, you have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method and keep your access. If the payment is not resolved within those 7 days, your subscription is cancelled and your access is removed, and previous payments are not refunded.

We may edit, remove, or relocate content that breaks these guidelines, and any member who repeatedly ignores them may be removed from the Services.
All content within the Services, including courses, programs, videos, articles, guides, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to J3 University and is protected by intellectual property laws. When you purchase or are granted access to content, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use that content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, resell, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written permission. The J3 University name and logo may not be used without our consent.
The Services and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. All information is provided on a general, educational basis, and J3 University is not responsible for any injury or loss that results from how you choose to use it. You use the Services entirely at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, J3 University, its founders, employees, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services or any content within them.
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date and becomes effective as soon as it is accessible. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
