11 Weeks: Muffin Sushi Refeeds

ATHLETE SUMMARY:

PERSONAL THOUGHTS:

Like all preps each week there are good and bad things occurring. Mentally in more of a funk this week, with where I am at on prep. I prepped so long last year I was lean for most of the prep duration, so at this point of prep it can make you feel behind. But you can’t get in your head and trust the process. Part of this is deriving from my weight getting stuck around this 230lb mark.
One positive is it was our 2-year wedding anniversary, which we can’t do much on prep. However, it worked out because Vu gave me a refeed day with sushi and so we ended up having a date night. Also got outdoors and went to a park for the day.

DIET FEEDBACK:

Hunger has been very manageable and usually I am not hungry at all, not necessarily a good thing dieting. Two refeeds days given were 2 muffins pre training and 4 sushi rolls to replace my last meal. Idea here is to really drop any fatigue if present and see if it brings a tighter look and then drop in scale weight thereafter. If it doesn’t then occurrence of action will be to push harder. The refeed days digested very well and left no bloating. I did have some acid reflux this week, but I think it’s from the implementation of tren, as this does occur. Might have some relation to decrease in appetite as well.

TRAINING FEEDBACK:

The logbook has moved up on all days. On the refeed days the pump was substantial. I did sleep poorly one night to my dogs waking up with diarrhea. My fault because of gave them some bones and forgot they got diarrhea from the same one’s last time. But training still moved up for the week. Allergies did get bad this week, eyes swollen, itchy throat, makes me feel a little more lethargic. I also kinked my neck posing this week, but it hasn’t affected training.

COACHING SUMMARY:

EVALUATION OF PAST WEEK:

Minimal tighter. Rounder in shoulder and traps. Digested refeed day without issue. Reflux is likely from tren, but can’t rule out if the sushi and muffins were culprits.

CURRENT WEEK ACTION PLAN:

No change to plan, monitor for a few more days if body weight drops. Address allergies with antihistamine. Monitor for reflux improvement.
