What would you recommend when a competitor has a straight through judging format (OCB) and they are scheduled to be on stage at 10am? How early should you be assessing their look and getting in a first meal? Would you recommend loading more a few days out if they have appeared to really look best a day or so after a refeed? Thanks in advance!! Wishing you the very best at the Olympia!! Cheering hard for you coach!
